Exceptional service from MFA and DSV Couriers

WOW!! I was skeptical about ordering from a different online store as I only ever order from one but although they stock the product I wanted, they kept selling out before I had a chance to buy so I thought I'd go direct to the supplier instead.

Firstly, even with the added courier charge, the product was substantially cheaper than my usual online store!

Secondly, I placed the order and despite the website stating a waiting time of 7-14 business days, I received my first SMS that the courier had collected the parcel, the same day I placed the order!!

This turned out to be an issue as delivery was suddenly 7 days from order, and a day I was not going to be in town. I emailed the enquiries address to try change the delivery date who tried to assist and then advised I should contact the couriers directly.

I then emailed the couriers, spoke to Hilda and she not only sorted out a new delivery date for me, but a day EARLIER than it was due to arrive!

The package has just been delivered, well wrapped in bubble wrap and less than a week from placing the order.

I will definitely keep an eye out for other items which I may want to buy. Thank you MFA for making my first online purchase with another company such a pleasant experience.
