Defy fridge

I bought a defy fridge at MFA Springfield on Wednesday,i traveled to my work place on Thursday i arrived at 10h00 Thursday. i plugged it on Friday morning before going to work when i came back from work at 2h00 the fridge was warm the top part the freezer is little cold and all my meat was rotten i had to throw it away. I've been calling the shop they not helping me at all the fridge was R5000. Im angry they dont care at all.
