A company that not only provides quality products, but truly care!
In all my years, I have never received such service from a business. Beyond the call if duty does not even come close. I ordered my items online. Waheeda assisted with my large quantity and color choice. My items were ready within days and was shipped off. All this within a very short time period. Her service was prompt, on point and I was kept in the loop all the way.
On pick-up of my order, when I found myself in a personal dillema, I called on Waheeda not knowing what to do. I was a woman alone.
She asked for my location pin and she reached out and Sipho, their regional manager, was literally at my side within 10 minutes and aided me.
A company that does that, astonished.
