POOR SERVICE FROM AIM FURNITURE AND SCHOOLWEAR, IN KWADUKUZA.

I bought a bedroom cupboard from Aim Furniture and Schoolwear in February 2025. In September of the same year, I noticed a kind of "fungus-like" substance on certain parts of the cupboard. I collected a sample of the substance, and went to the store on 10 September to ask for help with this condition.

I sent the company an email the next day, but I am still waiting for a response.

I met a proprietor who called himself 'Ahmed' , and who became argumentative. He said there was "no guarantee", the cupboard "came from China", and he could not help me. He refused to provide the email address of his company, and gave me a false cell number! I told him that the substance could affect my health, but he refused to listen to me. I told him I had a video of the its collection, but he was not interested in it or the sample that I had collected. I sent them an email the next day, but no response.
