Backing up product

Bought some carpet tiles from Multi-Flor. Had a problem with the adhesive and complained to the company. Very promptly I had Emile Schutte visit us to assess the product. He immediately accepted that the product was a bad batch. In lieu of the problems, Emile promptly offered to completely replace the tiles with a fitted carpet. I've just been advised that the carpet is ready and will be delivered to us shortly. Emile, Rachel and staff I must compliment you on standing behind your product 100% and offering amazing customer service. Very rare to get such great service these days and is very much appreciated.
