UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE

I had a very disappointing experience with Autobar Fitment Centre in Gezina.

I was asked to pay the full amount upfront, which I did. I was then instructed to bring my car in a week for the fitment. Unfortunately, despite meeting my part of the agreement, the work has still not been completed.

The service has been extremely poor. Communication is lacking, timelines are not respected, and there has been no clear explanation for the delay. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially after full payment has already been made.

Based on my experience, I found them to be unreliable and not trustworthy. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this business.
