bad service and ********* behaviour

I have taken my vehicle Fiat Uno for repairs to be done to the suspension and cv joint coming loose in Dec/ January 2016 which I was billed for R5800.00. To date the vehicle is still not fixed as they made further damage to the undercarraige of the vehicle. Upon arrival at their workshop, I found that one of his employees were working on the cooling system of the car per his instruction which they have totally messed up. The actual job was to repair the suspesion and not the engine. When i asked him why they are doing this he said that the car is overheating ( which it never did) and he had to get other pipes. I found out that they are using their clients vehicles after hours without the clients knowing as I have reset the trip meter to nil and when I collected it was standing on 577km. Upon enquiring after receiving two speeding tickets , he then admitted that one of his guys went home with my car.. When I collected the car from them, the engine had a bearing knock (was never so) and I had it towed from Voortrekker road to another mechanic who repaired the engine for a price R6200.00. This has been a costly affair and Shakier is in the laest not worried as to what has happened.
