Very very bad service

Gugu khumalo called on be half of her company life and style travel were she selling their product which she says will get 50% off of every where I go be it a restaurant of hotel. I did deposit a R1000 which she said must pay before I use their service I did deposit the money on the 16 of march 2015 @FNB ATM than I sent her am email telling her I did deposit since she said I can use the service after I payed I made the bookings at gold reef city them park hoping I will be able to get the 50% off I did book but i couldn't get it cause when I call their company they asked me for a membership number which I never had one cause thy never kept their promise of sending the card and Boucher via post so that I can make booking but Gugu told me as long as I have paid I can make booking even if I have not received the card that never happened I ended up counseling cause I couldn't afford I keep on calling them asking for membership card nd sending emails reminding them of the card thy never deliver as they promise till today I called Gugu cause I have her private number she said they will pay me back they have seen lots of ***** happening within thy will call me and pay my money till today
