Unprofessional service,they don't want to cancel my membership

<p>I have been trying to cancel this holiday club zoltac for two months now,I have not even used Thier holiday but they keep deducting money without responding to my calls or emails,this is so unprofessional and tiring,I regret joining this club , can someone assist me.... This is so wrong they invite people for presentation but after they get our money now we must beg them to cancel this thing ....</p>
