Unable to cancel contract - LVC***

I bought into the scheme in 2005 and got divorced in 2009. My finacial situation changed. Since than I have been trying to cancel this or sell with no luck. Every 2 years that extend the contract and write off the arrears. Last year I contacted them again and advised them that I cannot afford it and have not used the holday scheme at all. In November they contacted me and requested all my financial information for the Review Panel. This week I get a call from Carl John Attornerys that they have handed me over . I have 3 days to sign another contract and pay an deosit by May 2016, even though I have stressed that I cannot afford it. If I do not sign, than they will black list me and summons me. The new contact id over 96 months. My age now is 59 years old and a single parent. I do not know what to do. I advise anyone to be very careful intaking up this scheme.
