Stay Away from Lifestyle Vacation Club (LVC)

Last year (2015) I reversed the yearly service fee and didn't notice that this affected my monthly repayments. Instead of LVC getting in touch with me and see what the issue was, the next day of reversing the debit my account was handed to a debt collector. Why, I have no idea, but I find it very cheeky and right out unprofessional. I have been harassed by these people for close to a year and they come up with some absurd amounts that they claim I owe.<br> <br> I eventually worked with these guys to reinstate my debits, but this failed and it became a long battle. In the interim I made manual payments every month and in advance and I settled the \so called\" I owed amount. For some reason they managed to reinstate my monthly debits (how, I don't know as I didn't authorise this). I wrote a long email querying who gave them authorisation to debit my account. In addition they authorised their own monthly debit of R100 to recoup some of the money I \"owe\". I just had a look at the latest statement which looks like their fee for the service to LVC.<br> <br> Someone from LVC needs to contact me ASAP to get me out of this contract as I have had it with LVC and their dealings!!!!!!"
