LVC refusing to cancel my contract

good day,<br> <br> Please assist i joined LVC in November 2013 and money was taken inside my bank account in february and march 2014 and because of other commitments i couldnt continue paying the account and send them several emails to cancel my account as of 16th of May 2014 and they asked me to send in my bank statements of wihich i have done and the next thing they requested me to send in some other documents like my marriage certificate and proof of income and expense sheet and later on they requested proof of what i owe from the bank and my other accounts and that i must also send them proof of what my husband owes.<br> <br> Today as we speak they've handed me over to CARL JOHN ATTORNEYS @ Telephone *** and the matter is being hadled by Wilma van Zeller.<br> And i've never used up their voucher or travel on their account and they keep on sending me statements that i owe R10,897.33 and i dont know why i should pay this money cause i've never utilised this account instead it should be me getting paid back my money cause it was taken twice in my account.<br> <br> Your assistance will be highly appreciated in this matter<br> <br> Hope you find this in order<br> Mrs Refiloe Lorraine Mokwena<br> ***
