Fedup Exploited Customer

I am still struggling to terminate my contract- then I thought OK I will use it. Only to find out all the places are fully booked. so what's the use we paid over 20 000----and nowhere to go and cannot go somewhere else- it will cost money which we now don't have - since its all sitting with LVC.NOW THEY CHARGING ME INTEREST ON INTEREST.<br> The call centre takes for ever to respond to your calls - ?? <br> This is a total ******* and law should step in - since it's a pure ******* and millions of people are taken for a ride.<br> Life time - how do we know at this rate they will last- so there goes all the money? I see many people have the same problem- and each time - they seem to be looking into the problems. I have written countless emails and given proof of my financial situation- nothing help. We then stopped the Debit order and the following month it was off our account. Then I could make no booking - as 1 was outstanding 1 month payment. I pray every day this matter can be resolved. I have not used 1 point to this day- got it for 5 years it's sad and depressing when people exploit others to fill their pockets - we have to have wool pulled over our eyes so others can earn commission base
