COULD NOT USE MY POINTS ONCE AND NOW HANDED OVER

I bought multi destination club points as we were promised that it will be beter that paying my own holidays or having a caravan. Bull twack. We were even once able to use the points as you have to book weeks in advance or there is no space available. Now they want me to buy a spesific week as the whole story bomeranged but it will costs me additional R80 000. And it is there at the back where you either can not view the sea of like in Ngweya lodge so far back you will have to walk to see the river. Again we were promised that we can exchange places, but I did a checking. I can not. The place in Ngwenya - only the one you bought,. The one at the sea, only the flat you bought. So I have stopped paying an now I am being called and threatened with ITC. What about my promise of having a great holiday
