3rd year of struggling to cancel the contract

Beware of Life Style vacation center. After trying everything to get my contract cancelled, they are still refusing. I told them about false advertising to clients by their Midrand office they do not care as long as they can get you signature on their contract you are trapped for life. When we joined this LVC we were told we can cancel anytime , quess what now there are stories , they saying its a life time contract. I emailed, I phoned , I went to their office , I submitted proof that I can't afford but still they won't let go of me. They have requested me to sent my ID copies, bank statements , Payslips , proof of accounts , marriage certificates , I mean every document you can think of , mind you there is law law that forces anyone to do this they just do their own things. They compiled a report showing that I'm over R3000 short every single months, still they refused to assist me with the cancellation. Instead Stella said I must submit the documents again for the 2nd time, what a delaying tactic. Why should I go through same excises again and again , to get 1 page of bank statement cost R10 at the bank. This people were instructed by NCC to assist me but they are refusing
