Mulsons used cars in Boksburg a place to avoid!

People need to be aware of Mulsons Used Cars. Their Manager/Owner, do not take responsibility for his employee's actions. One employee caused an accident with one of their cars during normal working hours and now they do not want to pay for damages caused.

This seems to be normal conduct for the Manager/owner, a certain Mohammed. Surely they play the same game when something is wrong with their cars that they sell to unexpecting customers as well, refusing to man up when there is something wrong with the car bought from them as well.

The matter was between the driver and the owner of the vehicle.  Surely a case of frustration has led you to put a bad review. The driver is trying to settle the bill. He is has already paid back R3000 of the R11000 on Your very high quotation.  If the company were to be involved he would have allowed us the chance to repair the vehicle and not have gone to do the repair on his own. I was only approached after the vehicle was repaired and the driver not managing to pay.  If this was a dispute between Mulsons and the driver he would have first come and talk to me and then repaired the vehicle. Anyone is welcome to come and talk to me about this

Regards
Mohammed

This was NOT the case as stated above. Immediately after the accudent I spoke to you where you immediately said its NOT your problem and its between me and the driver, YOUR EMPLOYEE who drove YOUR CAR into my vehicle. You left me to struggle to get money for damages caused! Your employee offered to fix my car but NO serious Attempt was made to obtain quotations! Fhrthermore, I stay in Krugersdorp and felt more comfortable fixing my car close by as I had NO means to fetch my car in Boksburg had it been fixed there! After numerous messages, phone call your employee, he avoided me and "claimed" he did not understand the quotation correctly. That only happened after a number of messages to you.

I erven requested Mulsons to pay the outstanding amount where you could then made arrangements to deduct it from your employee's salary. YOU DECLINED.

AM I FRUSTRATED!? YES! BECAUSE MULSONS ARE EXPERTS IN PLAYING THE BLAME SHIFT GAME! PLEASE MAN UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR EMPLOYEE'S ACTIONS!

PEOPLE, ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THE SAME STUNTS OF BLAME SHIFTING ONCE YOU BOUGHT A CAR COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!
