Mulsons Used Cars

My son Mpumelelo B bought a car on the 10th of Jan 2020 WV Polo at Mulsons used cars at Boksburg on the day of collecting he was only given 1 key and promised to get spare key within days ,since then on the stated date he's not given spare key . He showed me all conversation with Vulo but it looks like his been told story after story. its been 3 months now without spare key . on Saturday 14 /03/ 2020 I spoked to Vulo and he said he will ask his Boss and I send email again to *** they didn't respond to my email also . today I asked Vulo he promised to come back to me when arriving at office no reply also.
