poor adjustability and breakage glasses the frame is common and loose *****s

I bought the glasses last year Nov in Mullers Optometrist in Bellville this I think from last month I have been going the week after week to fix the loose ***** and making minor adjustments its tiring it seems the frame I got is very common or weak for the lanses , frame is broken even now am wearing my old glasses because I have to go to their branch in Bellvllle avery week to fix the loose ***** and every time they promise that it wont break again , I am soo dissapointed
