Muller & Haupt Products sold by Ok furnitures and House & Home

I bought a Muller & Haupt TV from OK Store , the remote stopped after a few weeks. I tried to get a replacement but I can’t seem to find them anywhere on the internet. I then bought a universal remote ( and even with the remote codes) none of them are working. I have tried almost 20 universal remotes but none of them are working. I now don’t know what to do. Can somebody help. Please!
