Kudos to MULLER & HAUPT and OK STORES

This is a review on M&H as well as OK stores who stock M&H as their house brand. I have seen negative reviews on M&H but the reality is even the best quality products give trouble. It is what it is. Some customers will trash the manufacturer because of one bad experience. M&H is a top quality brand. Period. I have been battling to find a tv remote. So have many other consumers. Word of advice to M&H ....OK should stock back up remotes. But it took one message to OK customer care. And found someone who knows how to put the CARE in customer care. Within 1 hour I received a phone call (not an impersonal auto response) from MARGARET WILBY. And one day later....I received a tv remote from M&H. AWESOME PRODUCT BACKED UP BY AWESOME .SERVICE. Thank you M&H and OK.
