Pathetic service

I have been referred to Muller Voigt attorney for an eviction matter. Since the referral i have received nothing but a terrible service and a lack of professionalism. The last straw is now when i am waiting for feedback for Muller Voigt for a court appearance of the 28th of May 2018 , today is 04/06/2018 yet i still haven't received any feedback . MV service is pathetic and no one should go to them with any urgent matter , they have no sense of urgency. I have phoned them for the whole week of the from the date court appearance yet i haven't received any feedback .

I am really disappointed at this , if they do not have enough manpower they should not take on more cases
