Disappointed Customer

My car is with them for over 5 weeks for and insurance repair. 3 weeks ago they told me that they waiting on spares . A week ago they said that the car is in for spray painting. Today i let the Insure Budget give them a call and they say it is going to the spray painters today . I am up with struggling with this company . First they did not have a courtesy car . I then spoke to the workshop Manager after the receptionist told me that there is not one available , believe me the very next day he had a car delivers to my work place . I have been calling in every Monday to do a follow - up i got no communication from them . OMW i car i got from them the passenger window can not go down , such and inconvenience . I Really Really not a company i would deal with on my own . Just for reference i still don't have my car a month later
