Client service that doesn't exist

Multi Automation is a certified service provider for VOx Telecom. Their client service is poor when you want to upgrade, when you want to downgrade or cancel its nonexistent. The coordination between VOX and Multi Automation is also very weak. My advice, even with their profile of below par client after sales service rather select Telkom as our service provider
