Professional, efficient and far better than Pam Golding

<p>After a truly awful experience with Pam Golding that wasted 6 months of my time (3 months to actually find a buyer and another 3 months waiting for bond approval that was eventually denied), I asked Brad and Kevin at Mulholland Estates to help sell my apartment. In one month - December of all months!!! - my apartment was sold and 2 weeks later the transfer documents were signed. PME were amazing too and drove to my offices to sign transfer documents. The whole process has been a dream and I get constant feedback from all parties. The sale has been so quick and painless, I have been more than happy with the service received. Kevin and Brad are terrific and so professional. PamGolding is meant to stand for quality and great service but from my experience they are arrogant, unprofessional and completely useless. Rather go with a smaller agency and go with Brad and Kevin at Mulholland Estates!</p>
