Misleading marketing

After a five hour trip we arrived at the destination mullberry lane suites where we haved booked a tent for the weekends. Unfortunately however, what we got and what we expected due to marketing is two different things. The bedding looked like they haven’t been changed in the last 20 years.

Therefore we decided to phone reception to ask if they had something else for us which they had not.

After this we decided to rather leave as this is not exceptable.

Really hope management knows what is going on here
