Mulaudzi Transport Services terrible service and unsafe

1. The bus arrived late to Shell Ultra. It only arrived after 07:30

2. I booked and paid for my ticket the evening before the bus was set to depart, yet the bus was full when it got to Shell Ultra in Midrand. Passengers who did not book beforehand we allowed to fill the bus and no seats were reserved for passengers who booked tickets.

3. Due to the bus being full, another passenger, who also booked on Computicket, and I were made to stand in the bus. We were made to stand until the bus driver transferred us to another bus when we got to Stormvoël Road on the M8. We traveled a distance of approximately 43 km before being transferred to another bus.

4. The bus driver was on a phone call while driving, with passengers aboard. This showed a complete disregard for the safety of passengers and it made me very uneasy. I also have photo evidence of this

5. I paid for a ticket for a bus that was supposed to drop me off at Shell Ultra in Polokwane. The bus that I was transferred to did not stop at Shell Ultra, and the bus driver did not enquire about whether there were passengers on board who were supposed to be dropped off there. My family was waiting for me at Shell Ultra and I found myself confused about what to do next.

6. The bus driver dropped me off on the highway. I was dropped off on the side of the road on the highway next to Serala View in Polokwane. This was not a safe drop-off point at all. It was also a breach of agreement as the ticket I booked said that I would be dropped off at Shell Ultra City. I was left stranded on the highway as a young girl, which was very unsafe.

I had a terrible experience with the Mulaudzi Bus. I was placed in many unsafe situations and the promise of a safe and comfortable trip was not kept.

I emailed them about my experience on 20 December 2023 and requested a refund, but they did not reply to my email.
