I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!

In 2019, I engaged with Mulalo telephonically for a quote. I was looking for an aluminium sliding door. He came through for the measurements and I paid him a deposit. That is when the Tom and Jerry race began - he either ignores my calls and when he does respond he is full of empty promises. He has the audacity to tell me that he has other clients, what am I??? Five months down the line, I'm still waiting
