No Update on ITC

I took a temporary loan on the 04th of July. The 1st of August I made the payment and the account was paid up. Till now, they have not updated my ITC. Thus my ITC shows that I have an open and active account, with no payments. This type of behavior from companies is what causes us as consumers to have a bad credit record.
