Just out to mess peoples lives up

I have a loan with them and this loan was paid up on 31-1-2021. Every time I have it removed from my credit checks it says that it is still and active loan and then is is placed back on my credit record.

I have made phone calls to thenm and sent mails to them and they just do not care at all.

What would be the next step to take as they are binging my credit score doen all the time.

Some of the most incomptant people wotjrking for this company when it comes to not being able to understand what people are asking via any communication methods.
