Incompetence of accounts department, and no feedback
I have been a customer of Mulah for more than 5 years, and they have always assisted with very little effort when I most needed it, for which I would have given them 5 stars.
In 2019 when I needed help again they assisted me but with a system fault on their side made a double deposit into my account, we made arrangements to have that money deposit incorrectly paid back to them without interest, and I have made that deposit as arranged, the reference I used was incorrect, which was a fault on my side, admitting. I was never contacted again and presumed they received the payments. In 2020 I received a letter stating I owed them money, and that I was now listed on the various credit bureaus.
I immediately contacted them, and send them the proof of payments, which they then admitted to receiving and send me a paid up letter, and assisted in the removal from my name off the credit bureau, which again I would have have granted 5 stars. Now the trouble starts.
I needed their help again, and as usual they helped with no problem, the last loan I took from them, I settled 4 days after I took the loan, because I had the means to do so. I have send them the proof of payment in order for them to stop the Debi check on my account. When month end came the took the Debi check anyway, and as we all know this can not be reversed. I immediately contacted them with the problem, and was once again referred to Donovan, same person that has helped me before, and the same person I have send the early settlement proof of payment to. He immediately reasured me that they will make a refund.
It is now a month later and still no refund has been made, and I have now been informed that once again there is a loan not settled, the same loan they listed me for, that I have spend 3 months last year sending proof of payments, and getting a paid up letter for, now suddenly unpaid again, and they are refusing my refund, and I need to restart the entire process of them actually allocating payments to my account, which I have absolutely no confidence in.
