Bad service

I have app**** over two weeks ago and due to a system upgrade I can't get any service. I have been asking for two weeks now and get the same excuse everytime IF someone decides to answer me. I don't want to hear that you need to \train the consultants"as that's not how you run a business. Really disappointed in the service "
