Unexpected World Class service

I've noticed Mukuru has a lot of Bad reviews. I dont disagree with most of them. I've also had my fair share of Mukuru bad experiences. The Company as a whole is made up of people who have no idea what they are doing or how to deal with most of the situations. Despite this I am giving them 5 stars because of an unexpected world class service offered by one of their employees by the name of Nomvula. She listened carefully and solved the problem systematically and orderly with regular follow ups and updates which were initiated by her. Well done to her. She is one of the few people who realise that its the employees who make the Companies image. I dont know if Mukuru offers rewards to outstanding employees who better the Company's image, but if not they should start doing so because we need more people like Nomvula. Well Done!
