The branch staff at Durban Mukuru China Mall (formerly Wheel Shopping Centre) need to improve their public relations and customer service. The customer service call centre also requires better communication, response, feedback, and follow-ups. On a positive note, the email service is efficient, earning a five-star rating. Special thanks to the lady at the Newtown branch Johannesburg, the staff in Braamfontein (Power House) Johannesburg, and Mr. Shepherd Munjari for their excellent customer service.
