Stinking customer service at Mukuru Braamfontein, Johannesburg

Went to collect money from my friend in Ireland yesterday (31 January 2023- 1530) and l was asked a lot of irrelevant questions by a very rude teller. She ended up asking me to go wait outside (why not wait inside), she will call me the transaction is approved. That was after waiting for more than 2 hrs. I ended up leaving without the money and asked my friend to cancel the transaction. Customer service from Fidelity security guards to tellers is unadulteratedly stinking.
