Shocking service received
Shocking service received. Wanted to sent money to malawi and was requesting for limit increase...sent all documents required with my work email but because the email doesn't have my name i cannot get help. Have been sent from one person to another with no luck. Asked to speak to someone senior and still no luck. This goes back to this morning and still very frustrated. Worst service ever!!!!!!
