Reluctant to resolve query - Shocking!

Salary was paid into one of our security guards Mukuru accounts and the money did not reflect. When the issue was raised on their Whatsapp system I was advised that the matter will be resolved within 48 hours (business).

Today is day 5. Mukuru is very good at moving the goal posts in order to delay the outcome of the complaint.

To top it off, today they messaged me with a standard introduction message, indicating that our complaint has not been followed up.

Today is the 29th, the matter has not been resolved and the security guard has received no funds yet!!!

Very disappointed!!
