Poorest service ever 🚮
Mukuru is a sh*tty bank. Imagine it took me days for me to get my money that someone send and as we speak right now I'm still fighting with the agents. if I talk to one person and we are close the chat I open another chat with another agent they are still giving me the same reason that you my first name is not the one that I put on my second name cuz I have two names but it's going to be a problem for me to get my money when everything else is corresponding like my passport number my birthday and my my phone number everything else is corresponding then the guy just worried about the order of my name like your first name is not the right one is supposed to be a second and then your first name I don't know how to rate this bank to zero stars but I will not advise anyone to use it the best ways to just close I've never had these problems when I was using Hello Paisa
