poor service

I sent the money to my cousin in malawi to add on plane ticket to kenya unfortunately i didnt get SMS concerning my payment n i dd contact customer care several tymz nothing happened n i had to sent another money thru HELLO PAISA [it went thru] , later i asked for refund frm mukuru bcoz my recipient left malawi to KENYA, nothing yet came out ,
