Poor customer service
The cashier at Braamfontein branch was very rude. Being behind the counter doesn't give them powers to look down at us. l went there to collect money sent outside country. l was sent from pillar to post and when l finally brought the said documentation l was hailed to join the que again. the person or cashier who first helped me was in no mood to help me again. Waste part... no name badges
