Pathetic and unprofessional services

Pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour. I will never use these guys again because there is simply no service and they are unprofessional. I sent some money to them and partially funder part of the transaction using a third party account. I have since rectified this but got an sms notifying me that my order has expired , and I had shared with them the POP less than 24 hrs after generating the order. They are yet to contact me on the refund of the other money and I shudder to think when this will be refunded give the shoddy servce I am experiencing right now . I hope someone will make contact with me to sort out this mess . I have been in touch with their call centre - no service!!
