Pathetic
Disapointment and *********** is not the words i can say about your Kempton Park branch. I went there to collect money on Saturday and i was turned away because the sender needed to correct contact number which was done. I went back again today and i was turned away because the sender did not include both names on my ID, am sure this Miss Too Goody who was helping me could have picked it up and notify me but she wanted me to waste my time off work and money for transport or she's not properly trained. Not to mention the branch manager who has zero knowledge on problem solving. Shes asked how do we assist all she could say is "i dont know" like girl get TF out of there if you have now managerial skills. Now i have to go back for the 3rd time????PATHETIC SERVICE EVER
