NEVER USE MUKURU THEY ARE ***********
The worst customer service ever, I receive a notification for money received voucher number DKKTA44A. I go to Mukuru Braamfontein branch a lady Felicity tells me there is a compliance issue I need to go back she will call me and she never did I come back 4 days later I still cannot access my money she tells me I have to go to shoprite for assistance Mukuru cannot help but the money was sent via Mukuru. Never use Mukuru it is the pits of gross incompetence!
