Never use mukuru card

I tried to withdraw money using Capitec bank and the machine switched off and on and still I didn't receive my money but i received the sms that money went out.i waited an hour on the same machine and the Capitec branch manager came and told me that the money will be reversed in my account within 12 hours and I believed him.12 hours has passed and still nothing,after 17 hours I decided to call mukuru only to be told they have to do an investigation that will take 52 working days to resolve and I need the money ASAP .no matter how dizzy you are, desperate you are never ever ,ever open a mukuru card you will dissapointed like I am .
