My money went missing 794
I had an an issue with my mukuru wi-code on the 31st of january and until now my issue hasnt been resolved ,I get in touch with them everyday and i get the same response that they will get back to me as soon as possible but no ome ever comes back to me. What happened was that i did two wicodes and when i went to collect shoprite was offline but i got a message saying i had withdrawn the money so i went back to Shoprite and they gave me a printout showing the transaction got cancelled but Mukuru is still failing to locate my money until today. Im worried because i even changed my banks anf now my salary goes through Mukuru im starting to regret that decision cause it seems they dont care
