The worst experience ever. The service for Mukuru.com is declining. First rude consultants, and second no help after 3 days my money is still handing somewhere. I chave called them more than 20 times now, I have sent emails and reminders but nothing, not even a response to say they have received or working on my request. This is festive season; our families need to use the money and when they do this its such a huge concern. I made an error on the reference number and I sent an email to pay@mukuru. no response, I phoned their helpline no answer, after being transfered more than 20 times. very depressing at this time of the year
