Mukuru.com poor service delivery

I paid money into Mukuru.com but now can not be traced back and am on the verge of loosing it because I don't have a receipt. Surely the wicode that I created using my Mukuru registered phone number should show that there was money paid. If the system can not trace such a small transaction then how can we have confidence in it for big transactions. In my view this is a **** by Mukuru.com in that with the millions that they serve if if say just a quarter have a challenge as I have most will be frustrated and will not bother following up hence Mukuru.com will benefit. In my case say they manage to assist which I am doubting I deposited the money on Friday 14th and right now it could used for other investments while I am loosing time value for money. When they finally release it they would have made a lot while I am loosing to inflation and other economic trends.

Mukuru.com could be using calculated strategy to frustrate clients so that they give up on following up their money and they hide it by saying it's the system.
