Mukuru Yeoville the worst service ever

Mukuru Yeoville, What a nightmare, to go there. on the 19th of August(it was very cold) I went there to collect cash.The hillbrow was closed, the other one further down was out of cash, this was the only one working. That branch is owned by those 3 laddies who work on that counter. First you wait outside because there's no space. On this day outside was in the shadow and terribly cold. when I got inside and was being served they just decide to stop working and keep you there, lying that there is no network,if they help you and you go out, someone must then come in, they didn't want that, it was the worst day of 2020 shame. I tried to politely ask her and she said, shhh be patient there's no network, but they were sending emails to the admin and calling them.They have no shame, they don't care about clients surely is that the way to speak to clients. The agony of waiting there will kill you, please please I beg you guys don't go there. In-fact there's is Hello Paisa which you can use which is very easy to use. I will never go there again to use their services shame
