Mukuru the worst

Hi I got a money transfer from Zambia. I struggled for days to get service. Every time I went to the agent it was a different story. She was very unhelpful and the customer agent I spoke to on the phone was just as rude. All in vain and I could not get my money. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with, I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very quick to take there portion of the money but when it comes to paying out your money its long stories. They also dont do refunds, so even if you reverse the payment, they keep there portion. Im very dissatisfied with them and will not recommend anyone to use them. Use a proper bank instead. There fees are also sky high fot very poor service and not doing anything except waste time.
