Mukuru refusing to release my funds

Mukuru people are ***** and *******. I called their call centre this morning and I told them that I wanted to send some money, I then asked them that if I made payment was the amount going to reflect immediately which they said yes it will reflect and the recipient will be able to collect it immediately. I then proceeded and made payment at Makro store which payment is still not reflecting 5 hours later. I then called them and they transferred my call to their supervisor who did not have answers and ended up putting me on hold for more than 20 minutes which I think was a way of ignoring me. Until now the money is not reflecting on the recipient side...Mukuru has the worst service I have never seen and should just close down their ****a..Right now I dnt even know what to do as they took my money and confirmed that it is in their account even if they have not released it..word of advise people should be careful when dealing with these *******.
