Mukuru - no service

This bank is dependent on a third party transaction system. Therefor the client has to wait for his or her payment for a standard period of 2-3 days - really? Not in this day and age - unacceptable . Spoke with Daniel - supervisor - who was very happy to inform me of their 2-3 day policy and not willing to give me any more support beyond that . I had to ask for an email address in order for this to be attended to. I was forced to put a star - they don't deserve one!!!!!!!
